DEADLINES & ACCEPTANCE NOTIFICATIONS

Kindred Souls Festival stage events start Friday at 12:30 pm and end Monday at 1 pm.
Upon selection, the confirmation, further details, and all correspondence will be sent via email.
All fees are non-refundable.
Booth set-up times: Friday 6 am-11:30 am (You are welcome to come Thursday). You are required to be fully set up by Friday at 11:30 pm.
Booths must stay up until 11 am on Monday unless prior arrangements are made to leave Sunday evening. Vehicles for load-out are not permitted until 2 pm on Monday. The event ends at 1 pm. There will be no activities on Monday except for one healing ceremony and the last meal.
LOAD IN: Locations are assigned and are final. Healing arts booths for sales and/or service are located in the Magikal Vendor Market and the interactive workshops are located between the Magikal Vendor Market and the stages.
ELIGIBILITY: Kindred Souls hosts Spiritual/Healing Arts Practitioners accomplished in their trades, certified if necessary, or long experienced. Accepted practitioners must be present at Kindred Souls Festival during booth operation hours.
APPLYING TO BE A HEALING ARTS PRESENTER IN ADDITION TO VENDING:
If you are accepted as a Healing Arts Vendor and you would also like to offer a workshop (which is wonderful & amazing) you will not receive an additional presenter pass. You are already in the festival as a vendor.
PRACTITIONER VENDOR BOOTH FEES:
The booth fee for a 10×10 space is $100 for a single practitioner, for the weekend, or $140 for a shared booth for the weekend. The booth fee for a 10×20 space is $200 for a single practitioner for the weekend or $240 for a shared booth of two people and $280 for a shared booth of three people. This includes your space, admission to the festival and camping space for the practitioner(s) only. We are setting up camp for vendors, practitioners, and performers in close proximity to their weekend stations. Attendees will have a separate camping area. In other words, all community members will camp in close proximity to each other and their stations.
Within two weeks of announced acceptance, all booth fees and assistant ticket fees will be due to confirm your registration. Booth sharing is based upon approval with a limit of two practitioners per 10×10 booth and up to three people for a 10×20 booth.
SHARED BOOTH: Up to two practitioners may share a 10X10 space to offer services. Up to three people may share a 10×20 space. Both practitioners must submit certifications (if needed). Sharing practitioners may practice simultaneously or in shifts. All practicing healers must apply and be accepted/registered as practitioners.
ASSISTANTS: Upon acceptance, booth practitioners may purchase up to two (2) discount assistant weekend tickets ($40 per assistant), which must be purchased in advance with the booth fee. Any other festival-goers accompanying you must pay the full admission.
All spaces must have canopies or tents. Booths/Tents must be STAKED DOWN with spiral dog ties to ensure safety through inclimate weather such as severe wind, rain, etc. No refunds will be given for booths/displays that have been damaged due to bad weather.
SINGLE PRACTITIONERS may apply for a maximum of 2 spaces side by side (no extra canopies behind booth). Booth fees apply per space. Only the land is provided. NO tents, tables, chairs, signage or electricity outlets are provided by KSF or the venue. Please contact us via email if you are a food vendor for further information
ACCOMMODATIONS: Tent and vehicle camping is permitted in designated on-site areas. Free on-site parking is in the Vendor Lot. All others must park in guest parking lot. Porta-potties are located in camp.
PRODUCT SALES: PRACTITIONERS who wish to sell products in addition to services may apply to do so if products are handcrafted by the practitioner and are used in conjunction with the healing modality. There is an additional $25 fee to sell the products. Please email photos to kindredsoulsfestival@gmail.com
Practitioner space: As stated above Sales-Vendor: as stated above One who offers services and sells products (in same space) pays $25 more

CANCELLATIONS: Practitioner cancellations are taken via email. Failure to register and pay by the deadline (two weeks after posted notification dates) will be assumed as a cancellation. If you are accepted and registered for the festival, please inform us if your plans are changed so that you can maintain good relations with the festival and so that we can make other arrangements accordingly. NO refunds or credits on cancellations. KSF reserves the right to deny any application without explanation.
